CAR-Research XRM will work with you to implement a consistent and repeatable lead distribution process that creates an environment of accountability and performance. You need to be able to work new leads quickly, and they should not sit in your system unreplied – lead conversion is greatly reduced the longer you wait to respond to the lead.

Our ILM shows the status of all leads, including new, unreplied, and converted leads. If a lead is not responded to in a timely manner, the built-in lead escalation process re-routes the lead to either another person or puts it in a bucket of unreplied leads. Once a lead is escalated, a notification is sent to a salesperson, sales manager, or Internet manager to notify them that a lead requires immediate attention.

Lead escalation and notification increases employee accountability and reduces response time to ensure that there are no missed leads and sales opportunities.
