Our robust trend reporting provides a service manager with everything they need to know about the performance of a service department. Trend reports display the daily performance of key service areas with drill-down capabilities (for example, to the service advisor or RO level). Also, trend reports track common trends to help project the current month’s service income after the fifth day of the month. Trend reports include performance information, including the number of RO’s, parts, labor, multi-point inspections, premium services, and much more. |
